Volunteers for Christmas with St. Nick / Pancake Breakfast / Potluck dinner

Greeting my Fellow Brothers –

I would like to ask for you to Volunteer in helping out with the Christmas Celebrations coming on Dec 08th and 09th

Saturday Dec 08th Time: 10:00 am

We need you to help in the Setup in the Gym with the Christmas Trees, Decorations and tables; Potluck Dinner and Pancake Breakfast

Christmas Potluck Dinner will be in the Gym
Time: 6:00 pm mingle and 7:00 pm Dinner
We hope many of you can make it.
We would like to ask those of you that can; to consider to donate a Door Prize for our evening Celebration

Sunday Dec 09th 7:00 am Pancake Breakfast with St. Nick
I would like to know who can make it so that we can organize the duties.
We need 12-16 people for the early and late shifts to assist with the Breakfast servings.

Please reply as soon as possible. We need to know for both days what you can commit to.
Lots of hands / help make it easier for all.
It truly is a fun time for us all to get together and see all the happy faces enjoying our day with St. Nick and each other.
